The result bundles GLP-1 medications with behavioral coaching and community support. However, the company has struggled financially during this transition.

How much the WW GLP-1 program really costs
WeightWatchers' GLP-1 program, Med+, charges $74–$84 a month for clinical care, coaching and the WW app, on a 6- or 12-month plan that auto-renews (the first month is $25). The medication is not included: it's billed separately and dispensed by LillyDirect or CenterWell. To know what you'll actually pay, add the two together.

Cheaper routes into the program
- Medicare: through the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge, eligible drugs cost a $50/mo copay on top of the membership.
- Sam's Club: WW sells the program through Sam's Club at $149 per three months.
- If you're already prescribed a GLP-1 elsewhere, Core+ adds coaching and a GLP-1 Success Program without a prescriber, for much less than Med+.

Where WeightWatchers medication comes from
Wegovy is dispensed through NovoCare Pharmacy with CenterWell handling fulfillment (collaboration from July 2025). WW names Carepoint as its mail-order partner, but only for non-GLP-1 drugs. Compounded semaglutide ended in May 2025.
