Its pay-per-visit pricing for common conditions (messaging from $29, video from $49) is among the lowest of any mainstream telehealth primary-care option, and an optional annual membership ($99/year for Prime members, $199/year without) adds access to in-person offices in select cities. A separate GLP-1 weight management program, available in 48 states and DC since a September 15, 2026 update, charges $39 per messaging visit or $59 per video visit with no membership, with medication billed through Amazon Pharmacy; we do not score that program. Patient reviews describe frequent billing well above the advertised per-visit rates, and the brand's Trustpilot record is weak for its scale.
