What happened
Innerwell announced in August 2026 that it would wind down operations, and the service stopped on August 31, 2026. Its website now shows only a closure notice and a link for requesting medical records. New patients cannot sign up, and existing treatment programs are no longer being fulfilled.
If you were an Innerwell patient, request your medical records through the link on helloinnerwell.com before the records portal closes. Any remaining ketamine doses should be discussed with a licensed clinician; do not continue a protocol without medical oversight, and do not transfer medication to another program.
